THE READING ROOM / NOTEBOOK

Thoughts need
room to breathe.

Writing helps me slow down, find the meaning inside an experience, and carry what I learned into the next one.

REFLECTION

Why I Keep a Learning Journal

A journal turns small observations into patterns I can use the next time I face a challenge.

Reflection helps me notice not only what I learned, but how I learned it. When I write down a question, a mistake, or a moment of progress, the experience becomes easier to understand.

Looking back at earlier pages also reminds me that growth is rarely one dramatic change. It is usually a collection of small decisions: asking for feedback, trying again, or choosing a clearer way to explain an idea.

My journal is not a record of perfect work. It is a place where unfinished thinking is allowed to become better thinking.
